Priorities and Goals:

1. Progressive financial planning
    Goal: Engage and educate the community about school financial
              planning

2. Technology
     Goal: Stay current with technology: infrastructure, equipment,
               software and training

3. Community education on needs of the district
    Goal: Annual community meeting to follow-up with strategic plan


4. School facilities
    Goal: Improve overall cleanliness, maintenance and appearance
              of buildings and grounds
          

5. Maintain highly effective and committed staff
    Goal: Continue to work through job satisfaction survey
