FCCLA raises Money for Breast Cancer

Sturgis Brown High School’s FCCLA chapter made a meaningful impact during Breast Cancer Awareness Month by raising $1,000 to support patients and families through Monument Health’s breast cancer and mammogram foundation.

The fundraising effort took place over three days in October, as FCCLA members sold Italian sodas during lunch. Students and staff showed tremendous generosity, with many purchasing drinks or offering additional donations to support the cause. Funds raised will go directly toward assisting breast cancer patients and their families with essential needs such as wigs, mammograms, and other supportive services.

FCCLA extends a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who contributed to this important initiative and helped make a difference in the lives of local patients. 💗🎀
