INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE - PARENT/CAREGIVER EXPERIENCE SURVEY Meade School District 46-1 March 16, 2026 Dear Parent/Caregiver, As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the Meade School District 46-1 is conducting a survey in partnership with Studer Education to monitor our progress in creating a positive school experience for you and your child(ren). Your feedback is crucial in helping the Meade School District identify areas for recognition and improvement. The survey will ask you to select the school your child(ren) attends. Once you complete the survey for 1 school, you will have the option to provide feedback on another school, if you have a child at another school in the district. Providing feedback to each school should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. We encourage you to complete it in one sitting, as your responses will be saved once you click submit. The Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey can be accessed here: Meade School District 46-1 - Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey QR Code link:

Rural 8th graders had the exciting opportunity to visit the Governor’s Mansion and the State Capitol last week. The day began with a warm welcome from First Lady Sandy Rhoden, who guided students on a tour of the Governor’s Mansion.
Afterward, students traveled to the Capitol to learn firsthand about the legislative process. Governor Rhoden greeted the group and shared insights about his day and the responsibilities of his office. Later, First Lady Sandy provided a behind-the-scenes tour of the governor’s office and proudly introduced the students in both the House and Senate chambers.
Students had the chance to observe legislative action in session before wrapping up a memorable and educational day at the Capitol.

Whoville came alive in Elm Springs on December 18! 💚 Even the Grinch learned that kindness and the true meaning of Christmas make hearts grow three sizes.
The Grinch (also known as Mrs. Mikkelson) made a special visit to all rural schools on Friday, handing out candy canes to spread some extra holiday cheer before Christmas break! We can't wait for 2026! 🌟🎉
