🌾🚜 Celebrating National Agriculture Day at Central Meade County School! 🚜🌾
We were thrilled to participate in National Agriculture Day this year, thanks to the incredible efforts of Shelane Graham, our traveling librarian, and Trenton Schuelke, one of our passionate teachers. This special day sparked thoughtful discussions about agriculture's vital role in our daily lives, especially here in ranch country.

Our rural schools celebrated the 100th day with fun writing, math, and reading activities centered around the number 100. Students wrote stories about what they'd look like when they were 100 years old, created posters showcasing 100 things, while others worked on math problems involving counting by tens or adding up to 100. In reading, they focused on books related to the number 100, and many classrooms had students complete a “100 Challenge.” Some schools also got in on the action with physical activities such as doing 100 jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, and other fun PE challenges. The students loved the opportunity to wear PJs or dress as a 100 year old...and there were a lot of laughs while celebrating such a special milestone in a fun and memorable way!
